Greenest building ever set for Seattle 

From Eric Pryne at the Seattle Times: Lots of Seattle buildings call themselves green. Some have even had their eco-friendliness certified by experts. But compared with the six-story office building the Bullitt Foundation plans to build at 15th Avenue and East Madison Street, all the other green buildings fade to a pale chartreuse.
