Other Ways to Support REAP

Please consider taking advantage of these three easy ways to support REAP through your purchases at Fred Meyer or Amazon.com, or through your employer’s matching program!

Fred Meyer Community Rewards

Did you know you can help REAP earn donations just by shopping with your Fred Meyer Rewards Card?

Fred Meyer is donating $2.5 million per year to non-profits in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington, based on where their customers tell them to give.

Here’s how the program works:

  • Sign up for the Community Rewards program by linking your Fred Meyer Rewards Card to REAP at www.fredmeyer.com/communityrewards.
  • You can search for us by our name or by our non-profit number 87406
  • Then, every time you shop and use your Rewards Card, you are helping REAP earn a donation!
  • You still earn your Rewards Points, Fuel Points, and Rebates, just as you do today.

Matching Gifts

Did you know you could double your support for clean energy in Alaska simply by asking if your employer sponsors a matching gift program? Many companies in Alaska offer matching gift programs – Alaska Airlines, Alyeska Pipeline Service Co., BP, and ConocoPhillips to name a few.

If your employer participates, please call your Human Resource department and ask for any forms you need in order to have the gift matched. Then forward the forms, along with your donation, to us and we’ll take care of the rest!

Amazon Smile

If you’re shopping on Amazon.com, consider taking advantage of AmazonSmile to give a portion of your purchases to REAP! There’s no added cost to you. Click HERE for more information on this program.

If you have any questions about any of these programs, please contact REAP’s Development Director Courtney Munson at 907-929-7770 x13 or c.munson@REalaska.org
