Join to Hear an updated on the RRC’s Application to the Regulator Commission of Alaska

REAP has always been a strong advocate for Railbelt grid reform. Since our work in helping to pass SB123 in Spring of 2020 that required the creation of an Electric Reliability Organization for the Railbelt, we have been a part of a voluntary effort to stand up an organization, called the Railbelt Reliability Council (RRC). After almost two years of meetings with a variety of stakeholders, this organization was incorporated on March 14, 2022, and submitted it’s application to be certificated to the Regulatory Commission of Alaska on March 25. Join us to hear what the application looks like, and how you can engage in the process from here.
